REVISED DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS 10th JULY 2018
A Neighbourhood Development Plan approved by the Parish constituents via a public referendum of residents has legal status and forms part of the planning framework that Local Authorities must follow. In addition, having an approved Neighbourhood Development Plan attracts an increase in funding from the Local Authority known as the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) which can be utilised for infrastructure projects which improve the Community. It is an opportunity to shape the future of our villages by setting a Vision for planning, infrastructure, facilities and services.
There is a link below to the first draft Neighbourhood Development Plan which has been approved by the Parish Council to be published for consultation. Please note the draft Neighbourhood Development Plan covers the period 2013 to 2033 to be consistent with the Wycombe Local Plan and to ensure that developments already built in this period (175 dwellings) count towards the 800 dwellings that are the allocation to our Parish in the Wycombe Local Plan.
The Parish Council is sincere in its desire to engage as many Residents as possible to improve the Neighbourhood Development Plan through the Consultation process.

We will log all comments in a Consultation Log which we will publish on this webpage. In addition, we will publish a “Summary of Plan Change” which we will update from time to time based on your feedback.
We also intend to attach a web based survey to this webpage in the weeks before the consultation process closes. Please do look out for this.
