Wooburn and Bourne End Parish Council has a new Clerk, Sarah Sturt.
Sarah was previously a Councillor for another authority in Buckinghamshire, for over a decade, before joining our Parish as Clerk in July 2026. In her role, Sarah is keen to see the Parish retain it’s title of Buckinghamshire’s Best Kept Village in 2027.
As for Sarah herself, she studied Leisure Management as well as Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance at university, before undertaking a 20-year career in the Construction and Rail industry. More recently, Sarah has worked in the charity sector and still continues to hold senior leadership roles within a few local charities.
Sarah’s commitment to serving the local community is evident and we’re excited to have her expertise join our team. We’d like to extend her a warm welcome to the Wooburn and Bourne End Parish Council.
